Metal Injection Molding
The Metal Injection Molding (MIM) process uses Ultra Fine metal powders and plastic binders to cost effectively produce small, complex parts for a wide variety of applications including aerospace, automotive, consumer goods, dental tools, firearms, and medical devices. MIM results in net shape parts with mechanical properties nearly equivalent to cast and wrought products and allows high production rates while holding strict dimensional tolerances.
